Round Neck T-Shirts
The core of every wholesale order — clean crew neck tees in 100% combed cotton, cut for a consistent fit across the full size run.
Create T-shirts, polos and knitwear under your marque propre with a manufacturer in Tirupur, India. Partner units handle knitting and dyeing; our own unit handles cutting, stitching, pressing, checking and export packing. One company coordinates the stages and remains answerable for the finished order.
Everything a buyer normally has to email for. If a figure below does not work for your programme, say so — several of them are more flexible than they look.
A French marque propre or private label range starts with a product brief: measurements, fabric, colour, decoration, labels and packaging. Send the information together so the quotation reflects the product you intend to sell.
Jai Sakthi Garments works from Tirupur, India. Knitting and dyeing are carried out by partner units; our own unit performs cutting, stitching, pressing, checking and export packing. Printing may be completed in our unit or at a partner print house depending on the method. Embroidery is always handled by a partner.
The manufacturing stages and your approved artwork can be reviewed before bulk begins. You work with one company that coordinates the order and answers for its progress.

Single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry and fleece knitted to the GSM your style needs at partner knitting units we have worked with for years — so fabric quality is specified by us, not inherited from whoever the market has stock from that week.
Reactive dyeing, bio-wash, enzyme wash, compacting and pre-shrinking at a dedicated processing house we have used for years. Lab-dipped shade matching against your Pantone or physical swatch, approved by us before bulk goes ahead.
Our own floor. Pattern making, grading, marker planning and bulk cutting, with dedicated stitching lines for knits. Side-seam or tubular, flatlock or overlock, to your construction spec.
Printing runs in our own unit for the methods we hold, and at print houses we work with regularly for the rest — so the method suits the garment and the order size rather than whichever machine is in the building. Embroidery is done at a specialist unit. Every method is wash-tested before bulk.
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, plus a final AQL inspection before packing — and fabric checked on arrival from the knitters and dyehouse. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome at any stage.
Retail-ready polybagging, barcode and carton marking, and full export documentation. FOB, CIF and DDP terms handled with our freight partners.
Eight core categories, all built on knits. If your style sits outside this list but is still a knitted garment, ask — the answer is usually yes.
The core of every wholesale order — clean crew neck tees in 100% combed cotton, cut for a consistent fit across the full size run.
Corporate, hospitality and retail polos in pique and interlock, with placket, collar and cuff options built to your spec.
Streetwear blocks in heavier GSM — boxy body, dropped armhole, wide rib neck. Built for print-led brands.
Brushed fleece and French terry hoodies, crewnecks and zip-throughs for autumn/winter programmes.
Moisture-management polyester and poly-spandex tees for gym, team and activewear programmes.
Soft-handle tees, polos and sets for children — with the safety detailing children's buyers are required to check.
We quote FOB by default and can discuss CIF or DDP through our freight partners. Share the destination port or warehouse and preferred delivery window; available routes and transit estimates are confirmed against the freight quotation.
Tell us whether your order is going to mainland France or another destination. Your forwarder confirms the selected port, sailing and transit estimate.
We prepare the shipment details and commercial documents for review. Your customs representative confirms tariff classification, duties and clearance charges for the goods.
Send approved care and fibre wording, hang tag artwork, barcodes and carton marks with your tech pack so they can be included in the order plan.

The brand or importer should confirm the product information and label wording required for its range. We follow the supplied artwork and approved production instructions.
Yes. We produce private label T-shirts and knitwear from your specification. Share the tech pack, French or multilingual label artwork, size chart and packing instructions so each requirement can be included in the quote.
FOB is our default. CIF or DDP can be discussed through our freight partners once the order quantity and destination are known. Confirm duties and clearance charges with your customs representative.
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for stock fabrics, and 500 pieces per colour where the fabric has to be dyed to a custom shade. For a first trial order we can be flexible — talk to us about what you actually need rather than assuming the number is fixed.
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample against your tech pack or a reference garment, typically within 20–40 days. Sampling is charged, and the cost is credited against your bulk order once it is confirmed.
Most of our export volume is private label. Woven or printed neck labels, market-specific care labels, hang tags, polybags and barcodes are applied in our factory, so goods arrive retail-ready.
We run inline checks at cutting and stitching stages and a final AQL inspection before packing. You are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QA team — and we will give them access to the unit at any production stage.
Send a tech pack, a reference garment, or just a photo and a quantity. We come back with a quote and an honest lead time — usually within one working day.
