Who we are
One company, the whole process
Tirupur produces a large share of the world's cotton knitwear, and almost every unit here will tell you they are a manufacturer. Many are not — they are trading offices that place your order somewhere else and hope it comes back right.
We work differently. Tirupur runs as a cluster — spinners, knitters and dyehouses that each do one thing all day — and we use it deliberately. Yarn is sourced and knitted to the GSM your style calls for, dyed and shade-matched against your Pantone at a processing house we have used for years, and everything from cutting onwards happens on our own floor: cutting, stitching, pressing, checking and export packing. You deal with us at every stage, including the ones we do not own.
That is the entire pitch. It is not glamorous, but it is the reason repeat buyers stay with us.

How production comes together
From yarn to sealed carton, one accountable process
Knitting & Fabric
Single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry and fleece knitted to the GSM your style needs at partner knitting units we have worked with for years — so fabric quality is specified by us, not inherited from whoever the market has stock from that week.
Dyeing & Processing
Reactive dyeing, bio-wash, enzyme wash, compacting and pre-shrinking at a dedicated processing house we have used for years. Lab-dipped shade matching against your Pantone or physical swatch, approved by us before bulk goes ahead.
Cutting & Stitching
Our own floor. Pattern making, grading, marker planning and bulk cutting, with dedicated stitching lines for knits. Side-seam or tubular, flatlock or overlock, to your construction spec.
Printing & Embroidery
Printing runs in our own unit for the methods we hold, and at print houses we work with regularly for the rest — so the method suits the garment and the order size rather than whichever machine is in the building. Embroidery is done at a specialist unit. Every method is wash-tested before bulk.
Quality Control
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, plus a final AQL inspection before packing — and fabric checked on arrival from the knitters and dyehouse. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome at any stage.
Packing & Export
Retail-ready polybagging, barcode and carton marking, and full export documentation. FOB, CIF and DDP terms handled with our freight partners.

Logistics
Shipping worldwide
Goods move out of Tuticorin, Chennai or Cochin depending on your sailing schedule, with air freight available for sampling and urgent top-ups. We quote FOB by default and can arrange CIF or DDP through our freight partners.
Sea freight
FCL and LCL consolidations from Tuticorin, Chennai and Cochin to any major port. Typical door-to-port transit is 3–6 weeks depending on destination and routing.
Air freight
Samples and urgent replenishment via Coimbatore or Chennai, usually 4–7 days to most destinations.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any market-specific certificates prepared in-house.

Different markets ask for different paperwork. Tell us where the goods are landing and we will prepare the labelling and documentation for that market rather than a generic set.

Where exactly are you located?
Our unit is on Kangeyam Road in Muthanampalayam, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu — the centre of India's cotton knitwear cluster. Coimbatore International Airport is about an hour away, and we are happy to arrange pickup for visiting buyers.
Do you export to my country?
We ship worldwide, with dedicated buyer support for the United States, United Kingdom and South Africa. If your market is not listed, contact us anyway — the process is the same, only the documentation changes.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for stock fabrics, and 500 pieces per colour where the fabric has to be dyed to a custom shade. For a first trial order we can be flexible — talk to us about what you actually need rather than assuming the number is fixed.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample against your tech pack or a reference garment, typically within 20–40 days. Sampling is charged, and the cost is credited against your bulk order once it is confirmed.
Do you make garments under my own brand?
Most of our export volume is private label. Woven or printed neck labels, market-specific care labels, hang tags, polybags and barcodes are applied in our factory, so goods arrive retail-ready.
How do you handle quality control?
We run inline checks at cutting and stitching stages and a final AQL inspection before packing. You are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QA team — and we will give them access to the unit at any production stage.
